Boy with Horse
Hummel 239C
This is the Boy with Horse: Hummel 239C. In actuality...this is one of a set of three small children
figurines that is known as the "Children Trio." That's the reason there is a "C" at the end. The others
were Girl with Nosegay, Hummel 239A and Girl with Doll, Hummel 239B. So as you can see our boy here is
by himself. But no matter because they were modeled by master sculptor Gerhard Skrobek in 1967.
This darling little boy measures 3 1/2 inches, so he's still got some growing up to do. It's an
open edition with a TM7 on him. Approximately $60 around the market. Gladly enough our little boy
here was signed by Master Painter Thomas Gunther.
