Hummel 498

This is Hummel 498 called All Smiles. She was first released in the U.S. market in the spring of 1997. Modeled by master sculptor Helmut Fischer in 1988. It has an incised 1988 copyright date. Released as a Limited Edition (LE) or 25,000 sequentially numbered pieces. (Only 15,000 was released in the U.S.) It is similar to the girl from Hummel 196 "Telling Her Secret".

It's original issue price was $175 in 1997. She measures 4" high and has a TM7. Our piece is #10950 of 25000 and it was signed by master painter Ute Hornlein on 17OCT98.
