This is the 1995 Christmas Plate. Hummel 693 Festival Harmony with Flute. It was the first issue in a new series of Annual Christmas plates. Modeled by master sculptor Helmut Fischer in 1994. It bears a special backstamp which reads: "M.I. Hummel Annual Christmas Plate, W. Goebel Porzellanfabrik, Rodenthal".

It also has an incised "M.I. Hummel" signature in addition to: "HUM 693 (TM7) trademark and 1994 copyright date applied by blue decal. The original issue price was $125 in 1995. This plate measures 5 7/8 inches in diameter and it is a closed edition which is currently booked at $130.
